In 1927 Mario and Guido Cacciapuoti, in partnership with Angelo Bignami, who was in charge of the commercial and administrative sector, founded the 'Mario Cacciapuoti & C.' manufacture of artistic ceramics in Milan, Viale Premuda 34, which remained active until 1930. In 1930 Mario died prematurely and the management of the firm remained in the hands of Guido, who set the manufactory on the road to success by producing high quality and quantity of both models and pieces.
