Bleed collection debuts at London's Sarah Myerscough Gallery

Peter Marigold Must See!

Von Ambra Medda

Peter Marigold is definitely one of our favorites, and his brand new collection Bleed showcases exactly what this London designer does so well. A true master of process and materials, Peter creates works that may seem quiet upon first glance, but there is always a soulfulness that is truly touching.

Using only cedar wood and steel nails, the Bleed series of cabinets is raw, honest, beautiful, and all about materials. The shapes are super simple, but the surface effects make an impact. By exposing the cabinets to water and acid, a chemical reaction cause steel particles to leach into the grain. The show at Sarah Myerscough ends June 28th. RUN PEOPLE, RUN!
