Because We Love Rainbows
Just to bask in the eye candy of it all, we visited photographer and creative-installation-genius Dan Tobin Smith's LDF exhibition The First Law of Kipple.
Referencing a term from a Philip K. Dick novel—about the useless stuff that forever threatens to overwhelm the world—the installation consists of every sort of everyday, throwaway thing you can imagine, sorted by color, across and all around the studio, even to the 2nd floor.
The vast array of items were collected by donation, following a call out through social media. Smith is photographing the space and creating what I'm sure will be breathtaking prints.
