About this Museum
The exhibitions and collections of Belgium’s Design Museum Gent focus on 20th-century and contemporary design, featuring one of the foremost collections of Art Nouveau work in the world.
Alongside pieces from designers such as Henry van de Velde, Victor Horta and Paul Hanka, visitors will find Art Deco and applied arts from the interwar years; furniture, glass and ceramics by important Memphis artists; and conceptual work by prominent Postmodernists.
